The fine print in normal size for a clear understanding of what the Flat-Fee plan means and does not mean.
1. The Flat-Fee PRO plan applies to the lifetime of the CrossTrade LLC XT software product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
The term "lifetime" refers exclusively to the active lifespan of the XT software product, during which CrossTrade LLC will provide maintenance, updates, and support as reasonably possible. CrossTrade LLC reserves the right to discontinue or deprecate the product at its sole discretion if it becomes commercially unfeasible, incompatible with third-party integrations, or if industry changes render its continued operation impractical.
CrossTrade LLC is dependent on third-party platforms, including but not limited to TradingView and NinjaTrader, to enable certain functionalities. If these third-party providers modify their policies, discontinue services, alter API access, or restrict Webhook usage, such changes may impact the usability of the XT software product. These events are beyond CrossTrade’s control and do not entitle the purchaser to a full or prorated refund of any kind.
By purchasing a Flat-Fee PRO Subscription, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with evolving technology and market changes. These risks include, but are not limited to:
Competitive obsolescence, where the product may no longer be viable or necessary due to competition or advancements in the market.
Third-party dependencies, where changes by external providers could affect the performance or availability of the XT software product.
This agreement reflects the conditions at the time of purchase and is subject to unforeseen legal, technical, or market changes. In the event of product discontinuation, CrossTrade LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and allow users to transition their data or utilize the software in a limited capacity where feasible.
2. The Flat-Fee PRO Plan is non-transferable.
The rights to the Flat-free PRO Plan are exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be sold, shared, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another individual or entity.
3. The Flat-Fee PRO Plan is absolutely non-refundable.
All sales of the Flat-Fee PRO Plan are final, with no exceptions for partial or full refunds, regardless of usage history, product updates, or external changes in technology, market, or integration availability.
4. The Flat-Fee PRO Plan does NOT include: The Flat-Fee PRO Plan does not cover any subscription costs or fees associated with proprietary (prop) trading evaluation programs or funded accounts, should CrossTrade LLC decide to offer such programs in the future. If a funding program is introduced, participation in the evaluation process or maintenance of funded accounts may require separate fees, which are not included in the Flat-Fee PRO Plan. This plan exclusively pertains to access and usage of the CrossTrade XT software and related services as outlined at the time of purchase. Any additional services or programs introduced later will be subject to their own terms, conditions, and pricing.
